 Mild pasteurized goat milk cheddar style crafted with Quality Dairy Goat Co-op goat milk making a flavorful creamy bodied cheese.  The Cheddar is a milk cheddar style cheese.  It makes a great supplemental cheese for cow cheddar.  It can be used in or on any dish such as burgers, mac n' cheese, cheese boards, etc.
